Constitution of the Delhi Minimum Wages Advisory Board

National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to constitute the Delhi Minimum Wages Advisory Board

Government of Nct of Delhi, Labour Department issued gazette Notification vide No.F.13(1)/2018/MW/Lab 50 dated 09.01.2019 regarding constitute the Delhi Minimum Wages Advisory Board.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948(XI) of 1948) read with Government of India, Ministry of State Notification 104-J dated 24.08.1950 and Ministry of Home Affairs notification dated 06.02.1967, Lieutenant Governor, National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to constitute the Delhi Minimum Wages Advisory Board consisting of following persons for advising the Government in respect of fixation and revision of minimum rates of wages.
